Welcome. There are many ways to enter this work.

Four distinct spaces bring together my work in mental, sexual, and relational health. Step into Integrate for therapy and MendEd resources, Connection to understand yourself through relationships, Study to explore ideas and research, or Forum to learn, exchange ideas, and collaborate. Each offers a different path toward understanding, connection, and meaningful change.

Integrate

Where insight becomes lived experience.

The Integrate Room is the clinical heart of my practice, where we explore the connections among your history, body, sexuality, relationships, and present concerns. Through individual, couples, sex, and trauma therapies—supported by guided exercises, therapeutic programs, and resources for use between sessions—we uncover the backstory of what hurts and help understanding become meaningful change.

Study

Where curiosity becomes knowledge.

The Study is where I follow questions that do not have easy answers. It brings together my original research, publications, presentations, essays, educational videos, and developing theories about how childhood experience, trauma, the nervous system, relationships, and sexuality shape one another. Here, visitors can encounter the ideas behind my work as they evolve.

Connection

Where we learn who we are through one another.

The Connection Room is where we come to understand ourselves through our encounters with other people. Through interpersonal process groups, relationship workshops, and guided group experiences, the relationships forming in the room become a living laboratory for exploring how we seek love, protect ourselves, navigate conflict, risk vulnerability, and create meaningful connection.

Forum

Where ideas are brought into conversation.

The Forum is where knowledge becomes collaborative. It is home to patient psychoeducational groups, professional consultation, clinical training, continuing education, workshops, and research partnerships. Here, patients and professionals have dedicated opportunities to learn, exchange ideas, ask better questions, and develop more integrated understandings of sexual and psychological health.
