[Client Satisfaction Survey] What Do Our Clients Say About Kimberly Keiser & Associates?

Our clients are very important to us.

That’s not just some HR-produced statement, either. We truly care for our clients, and we want them to care about our practice as well.

To help us plan for 2020, we conducted a 2019 Client Satisfaction Survey. We wanted to see how well Kimberly Keiser & Associates therapists are meeting our clients’ needs and what we can do to improve.

As it turns out, we’re doing all right — but that doesn’t mean we’ll ever stop growing.

“Growth & Comfort Don’t Coexist”

The idea that growth and comfort don’t coexist is something our founder, Kimberly Keiser, has impressed upon us throughout 2019. She is always pushing our team of counselors in Sioux Falls to grow — and that growth can’t occur without getting a little uncomfortable.

We find that “being in the unknown” can be an uncertain feeling, but it’s necessary for change. This openness to change is a mindset we encourage with our clients, and it’s also one we encourage with our team.

Going into 2020, we want to continue putting the tools we teach our clients into practice for our business.

Judging by the feedback we’ve received — like the fact that 86% of clients would rate their therapist as “high quality” — we’re succeeding . . . but we’ll never allow our team of Sioux Falls counselors to become complacent.

2019 Client Satisfaction Survey Results

We asked our clients a series of questions about our administrative and therapy practices at Kimberly Keiser & Associates. Here are just a few of the highlights from our 2019 Client Satisfaction Survey.

Looking Ahead to 2020

As we embark on a new year (and decade), the Kimberly Keiser & Associates team is optimistic as ever about the therapy we seek to provide our clients.

While we are encouraged to learn that so many of our clients are satisfied with our services, we know there’s always room for improvement. As we tell our clients, people can change — and so can businesses.

Because remember — growth and comfort don’t coexist.
