Developing Two Languages of Touch
Affection and sexual initiation can easily become blurred, especially when the same kinds of touch are used for both. The following five exercises are designed to help you and your partner create two distinct languages of touch: one that communicates affection and closeness without an expectation of sex, and another that clearly communicates sexual interest. Work through each exercise together, discussing what feels comfortable, clear, and meaningful to each of you.
