As a member of our team, you will be involved in the long-term development of an outstanding organization that serves adolescent and adult individuals, couples and families by performing individual, couple, or group counseling and psychotherapy to patients experiencing social, emotional, and sexual difficulties.
The Necessary Qualifications Include:
Be licensed in South Dakota as a Ph.D., Psy.D., LPC, LPC-MH, LMFT or LICSW
Completion of degree and all post-degree supervision for licensure. Prefer at least two years of post-degree experience in working with adolescents and adults with mental health issues, but not required.
Give evidence of/or be willing to undergo substantial training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Have some experience working with a range of sexuality issues, and be familiar with – or willing to train in – treatment protocols for sexual health concerns
Have some experience working with PTSD and trauma therapies, and be familiar with –or willing to train in – treatment modalities for addressing trauma symptoms, e.g. EMDR
